In 2008, the first domestic two-component hollow orange petal type superfine fiber spunbonded nonwoven production line designed and manufactured by Dalian Hualun Chemical Fiber Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully launched in Ji'an, Jiangxi. Li Feng, General Manager of Jiangxi Ji'an Sanjiang Superfiber Non woven Co., Ltd., said that leather products developed with superfine fiber spunbonded nonwoven fabrics exceed the performance of genuine leather in many places, and have a good market prospect in shoe making and leather clothing. At present, the company has cooperated with some shoe manufacturers and developers to launch a series of high-end superfine fiber nonwoven products, which are undergoing a new round of market testing.
Currently, Dalian Hualun Chemical Fiber Engineering Co., Ltd. has independently researched, developed, designed, and manufactured four production lines of bicomponent superfine fiber spunbonded nonwoven fabrics using the process technology and equipment technology of bicomponent superfine fiber spunbonded nonwoven fabrics. The production line has achieved industrialized production, with a production capacity of 7000 tons/year. The products are mainly used in the fields of shoe lining leather, artificial suede leather, wall cloth, table cloth, and wiping cloth. After the product was launched on the market, users responded well, with high product strength and good uniformity.
